SIMONA DEACONESCU, born in 1987, studied choreography at the National University of Theatre and Film in Bucharest and Film Directing at the University of Media Bucharest. She is the producer of the show 0001_Fabrica Chamber of Dreams which premiered in 2013, enjoying great success in the country, and which was presented in New York in the Downtown Dance Festival. In the summer of 2014, Simona Deaconescu is given a danceWEB scholarship withing the ImPulsTanz International Dance Festival in Vienna and two residencies, the most recent in Battery Dance Company studios in New York to perform a new show based on interactive virtual rooms. In addition to her artistic work, she is actively involved in the development of contemporary dance and related arts in Romania. Her filmography includes: 1940 (2009), SILENT PLACES (2013).

Five strangers are gathered in the same unwelcoming space, fighting together for a way out, tired by their confused thoughts, trying to regain strength over their altered bodies. The story unfolds itself from within. The camera bursts into the heart of the dance whilst the music copes with the cruelty and the fever of everyday's battles.
